Asanoha Amethyst Pendant
Flower Pendant - Necklace - Amethyst - Sterling Silver - Gemstone
I used the Asanoha pattern predominantly throughout this pendant. The Asanoha pattern is one of the most popular traditional patterns often seen on Japanese kimono.
Asanoha means: Asa = hemp: no = of: ha = leaf. The regular geometric pattern, though abstract, represents overlapping hemp leaves. You are looking at abstracted hemp leaves. The aggregate of triangles means enhanced strength and beauty, protection against evil. Hand set with natural amethyst. Added four accent stones with quartz in the corners to add something different and make it truly unique.
